Salon Policies

At our salon, we believe that every client deserves an exceptional experience during their visit. To ensure that we provide the highest level of service and maintain a pleasant environment for all, we have a set of salon policies. These policies are designed to ensure that every client's needs are met, appointment times are respected, and that our salon operates smoothly and safely. By adhering to these policies, we can create a better experience for all our valued clients. By booking with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy:

We understand that life can get busy and unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, as a courtesy to both our stylists and other clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so without incurring any charges up to 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time. However, for cancellations made within the 48-hour window, a 50% charge of the service price will be applied. In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the service price.

 

We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances do occur, and we are always willing to work with our clients on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment or the inability to book future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. By doing so, you allow us to better accommodate the needs of all our valued clients and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. Thank you for choosing our salon for your beauty needs, and we look forward to providing you with exceptional service.

Out of respect for other scheduled appointments, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. In such cases, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Additional Visitors:

Children: To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrange childcare prior to your salon visit. Please note that our salon may not be a suitable environment for young children, and we ask that they not accompany you during your appointment. Children are welcome if they have an appointment for a service. 

Others: To keep the salon from becoming crowded and unnecessarily busy, please do not bring additional guests with you to your appointment. However, if you need someone to assist you, they are welcome to attend your appointment with you.

Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment so that we may address and resolve any concerns.

Payment Policy:

We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service, and we appreciate your prompt settlement of any outstanding balances. We do not keep cash on premises.
